  We have received excellent customer service here numerous times. In particular, from manager Lori, who helped us out in a very difficult situation. We would never have received this level of service from an online store. Thank you Lori, and BabiesRUs, for working face-to-face with your customers and providing excellent service!!!

  This store is very nice and clean. I love going shopping there. I use the mothersroom for breastfeeding and is one or the only one I have seen that is clean, smells good, diaper can didn't smell like old diapers. The room is small but there is still 2 chairs which are so comfortable. I really think that's the best mothersroom in all this Virginia area. The people at check out are so nice and friendly. The only person I think could be a little more happy and nice is one guy from the stroller/car seat department. I can't wait to go back and check some new deals.
