  So I went to the Bath & Body Works inside the Greenbrier mall and had a horrible experience. I tried to purchase a penguin bag with three little fragrances inside. There was no tag on the item so I asked an associate how much it was and I was told that it was $5.25. I go up and try to pay for my items and the cashier tells me that it is $10.50. The cashier is then very disrespectful and tries to tell me that I heard wrong. After I find the lady that told me the wrong price, she says that she is sorry and sends me on my way. There was no compensation for the mistake and let me leave feeling disappointed and not wanting to return. All in all, I am very disappointed in Bath & Body Works and will not be returning.
