  Fantastic service. Glad to see companies still fix things. They replaced a crashed harddrive on my desktop and my computer should last another 4 or 5 years! Can't ask for a better outcome.

  My computer caught a virus and it looked as if I'd lost all my files. I read about BC Computers on the google reviews page. I took the computer in and the owner knew exactly what had happened, and proceeded to tell me how I could fix it myself, which would have essentially made him no money. I'm not that computer literate and asked if he could do the work himself and he was more than obliging. 2 days later he called me to tell me the computer was ready for pick up. He walked me through the changes he had made. He had installed a free anti-virus program, cleaned up my registry, and retrieved all my files intact. AND he actually cleaned the computer which was extremely dusty and covered in pollen. I can't say enough about how thorough, professional, nice the people were at BC computers. They are now the only people I will use if I have any more computer problems.
