  I went in late in the evening, and had no problems with service and information, although I had already talked extensively with a tech at another Best Buy store, but they did not have the TV I wanted... next closest place was Chesapeake. I will say that their price check policy is outstanding, and they were ready to meet Amazon's price... BUT... be careful when you shop Amazon and make sure that the item listed on Amazon is ACTUALLY SOLD BY AMAZON! Amazon, along with NewEgg (both whom Best Buy amazingly does price matches with), will offer for sale an item on their site which is SOLD BY ANOTHER VENDOR. I think this is a gotcha by Amazon, and they got me. My best buy associates were very helpful though, showing me why they could not honor the $300 cheaper price and also reminding me that if the TV, which was at regular price, went on sale in Best Buy anytime in the next 45 days that BB would honor the sale price and refund the difference to me. Can't ask for more than that.
