- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 20, 2020, by s kerlickRudest employees ever. I brought my son here to visit with the puppies and try to find a new one, as our dog Max has been very sick. The older woman ask if I was planning on taking it home tonight, and if not than we couldn't visit with it. An older gentlemen came in one minute later and ask the same thing, and they immediately got the puppy and let him visit. They told me it was too cold with the weather we had recently, but yet let him visit right away. I will never ever step foot in this place again, and will be calling district manager tomorrow. Worst service ever.
