  Gilliam furniture just earned a new customer and someone who will definitely give them referrals, Will definitely use again! Gilliam Furniture was very very professional, time managed and on point! I purchased a sectional from Value City Furniture a little bit over a year ago and about 2 days ago I noticed that my chaise lounge was leaning in the back well when I looked underneath I realize that the frame had actually come loose!!! Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty on my furniture so after contacting the service department they informed me that Gilliam Furniture would be contacting me within 5 to 7 business days. Gilliam Furniture actually contacted me the very next morning which was amazing and was able to schedule me the very next day which was today to come out and repair my furniture. When speaking with them the original time they gave me interfered with work, I told them I had to work but would be leaving early and home by 12. So they told me someone would be out between the hours of 12 to 3 he arrived around 1 looked at the furniture and got straight to work!! Now when he pulled up I thought he was just here to take pictures and report back to the warranty company first because he pulled up in just a regular SUV so I'm sitting here in my head thinking oh great this is about to be a process, he's just going to take pictures, then I got to schedule another appointment and take a day off work. WELL WAS I EVER WRONG!!!! The next thing I know he went back out to his truck came back in with a little suitcase and got to work repairing the frame of my sectional. Dewayne was amazing!!! Didn't really say much but he was here to do a job so I'm fine with that and he was quick and on point!! By the time he was done my furniture looks exactly as it did the first day I purchased it. Dewayne was amazing and even after my warranty runs out if I EVER NEED ANYTHING FURNITURE RELATED I WILL go to Gilliam to purchase furniture or call them for any services that's needed for my furniture!!!!
