  Wow. I placed an order online for store pick up. I received the confirmation text saying it was ready for pick-up before 8 PM. I received this message at 6:57 PM and arrived at the store at 7:13 PM and they turned me away because they are having a staff party. I love Christmas and all but you need to have staff parties outside of REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. OR adjust your store hours both online and especially through order confirmations when someone is picking up in person. This is AWFUL customer service. There were 6 other vehicles that pulled up with me and someone had driven an HOUR to pick up something they needed. I will be letting everyone know about my experience at this location.
