  It was my first time in the shop today and I had a VERY fun time and ended up buying some new clothes I fell in love with. Pros to cute clothes, small shoe sizes, organization, parking, and changing rooms cons: Customer service was a little lacking. It would have been nice to have been asked if I needed help finding anything or to explain how the store was set up. I got a hello when I walked in and that was about it. Also some of the prices were ridiculous in my opinion; $27 for a pair of second hand jeans? I might as well go to the mall for that much... Still overall, had a very amazing experience and will definately be going back!

  This is by far the best Platos Closet! Been going for maybe 2-3 years and every visit I’m satisfied. Maya is my favorite helper there because she knows what’s in style and what looks good on me. Everyone there is super helpful too! Love the atmosphere.
