  I had a great experience here. Randy did an excellent job getting my laptop up and running smoothly. Mike and Joe were very patient and thorough when listening to my wacky-way of explaining the problems. I rely in my laptop quite-a-bit and I sincerely appreciate the quick fix.   Joe and Randy were very helpful. Today I got a usb 3.0 pci ex expansion card but I have dealt with both of these individuals in the past and have always had great service. They are the reason I continue to think of Providence Computers first for any of my PC needs. It is hard to find a legit brick and mortar PC shop these days.
