  Thought the Dealership made a great recommendation ....NOPE! the basis of this review is on the timely follow-up . R-tech customer service was initially ok. They have had our vehicle for several + day .. I do understand mix-up and delays. The main thing is to communicate with clients and insurance companies that our waiting on ETA's and responses. They must have gotten tired of Me calling asking when my vehicle would be finished, that when I called to check the representative at R-tech proceeded to just rush and tell me my car is almost finished .. How did he know it was me ? (unprofessional) it doesn't matter how many times I call. The correct response would have been to ask for my name , go check and then tell me what time it would be ready !!!! my insurance company tried to get us to go somewhere else .. now I'm thinking we should have done that ... We haven't got our car yet this review is based on Customer Service alone !! #1 Customer want communication and to feel like you are taking consideration of time .. because R-Tech wants the payment to paid on time RIGHT!
