  Fine jewelry had the worst customer service!!!! I've been their twice looking for a wedding set and the two times we went the sales women did not acknowledge us or asked us I'd we needed help walked right up to us looked at us and kept moving we had her paged back to the counter and she instead stopped to help someone else!!!! She killed my joy of shopping for the most important day of our lives !! 12/1 2017 sear greenbrier mall

  Total price scam on lawn and garden equipment. Zero turn mower had three different pricing on it questioned sales person about it couldn’t explain it 40 mins wait on a price check ridiculous. Very poor customer service to say the least. No wonder they are closing more stores.
