  Their system to sign up and get in line wasn't clear, but other than that I had a good experience. Jermaine did an awesome job of helping me find a plan that cut my cell phone bill in half!

  Very bad experience. The store reps will give you wrong info and sell you devices. They won't help you even if it's their mistake. I won't buy anything from here again.

  I had a great experience there this morning. Not only a very helpful, friendly staff, but laid back and knowledgeable too. Let's get these stars back where they need to be. Lastly, this place did not smell of eggs ;) (inside joke)

  The female manager here absolutely sucks. She does not know how to treat the customers or employees. Shes rude and doesnt help. We went in asking about a credit we were told we would be receiving and she curtly informed us that we'd have to wait 2-3 billing cycles. Which by the way makes no sense im going somewhere else to ask a different manager. They need to shut this location down or hire new management- someone who gives a dam.
